Jeremy Sperlazza has extensive experience in legal and compliance matters in the financial services industry and is responsible for overseeing Vest’s legal and compliance functions.
Prior to joining Vest, Mr. Sperlazza served as in-house counsel for Homestead Advisers, where he was responsible for a range of compliance, regulatory, corporate, transactional, and other financial services matters. Prior to that, Mr. Sperlazza was a senior associate at Dechert LLP where he advised clients on the regulation and administration of open-end and closed-end mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and variable insurance trusts.
Mr. Sperlazza earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. He holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and is a member of the Virginia State Bar and District of Columbia Bar.
